The room was clean, medium size, the design was very simple and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Quiet rooms. The hotel has a good location for vatican, san peter and shopping.
Maybe overpriced. At the reception must be someone who speaks english.
The owner and staff were excellent. They were so accomodating especially during the disruption of airline services due to the volcano in Iceland erupting. If they didn't have the availability they found us other accomodations. They went above and beyond in everything they did for us. The staff was very friendly and assisted us with all of our tourist questions. The location is excellent for seeing the sights. It's 10 minutes walk, from the Vatican lots of places to eat an shop and 5 mins is the Metro where you can go anywhere in Rome. Breafast was great as well. The service sets this place apart from all of the other hotels and b&bs. If you stay here you are not just a euro sign. They enjoy taking care of people.
The street is very fashionable with great clothing and groumet food shops. This is a good location eventhough it is a little ways away from many of Rome's main attractions. Most major sightseeing stops are still walkable or there is a metro stop within blocks. Great value for the size of room and location.
The TV had very few english language stations which was a bit frustrating when you are trying to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Also, be aware that this is not like a hotel with front desk personnel available 24 X 7, it is a Bed & Breakfast suite. Also, there was no telephone in the room which seemed rather odd.
Excellent! The room is like a 4 Stars Hotel. I recommend!
We enjoyed the great service and attention from the staff. Very safe and comfortable stay. Up to date facilities, less than 10 minute walk to vatican, and great information for tourists
The staff were delightfully friendly and accommodating. They were eager to help and made my stay relaixing. The hotel felt fresh and was bright, light and colourful.
The only problem we had was the consistency of getting hot water in the shower. As it was summer it was not really a problem, but in winter I imagine a few howls as the water turns cold!
Staff were fantastic, very helpful, they had lots of tourist advice for us. Our shower was broken when we arrived and they fixed it very quickly.
Breakfast is a little limited, but its a small hotel so that's not surprising.
Nothing is to be like for this hotel. Will not recommend to anyone for this place. They call it hotel but in reality is B&B
They advertise as hotel but in reality was B&B. We booked thinking it was hotel/suite but when we reached we found B&B. It was very difficult time for us along with 1 small kid & 1 young. We will not recommend to anyone and as far as possible avoid this place. Bad room, flush broke, A/C broke, bad breakfast (they call continental breakfast but even butter was of shortage and was given reason as holidays period in Italy), no internet in room (they advertise free internet in room). Waste of money.....
The hotel was very clean, small but very clean. the room was very comfortable, the air condition was great in very hot summer days. the breakfast was pretty poor and the hotel stuff was very friendly.
Everything was excellent. Once we had a problem with the door-lock, but resolved it easily. The room is newly furnitured, it's big (in comparison with any European hotels the same category), clean and comfortable. You would feel there like at home, because it's not a typical hotel. The breakfast is very nice, coffee with fresh croissants, cheese and sausage, different yogurt, juices and fruits (kiwi, apples, banana). So, you'll find smth nice! The location is perfect. Cola di Rienzo is one of the shopping streets in Rome. And it takes about 15 minutes walk to Piazza di Spagna - famous for boutiqes like Dior, YSL, Prada, etc. I would recommend this place to all my friends and would stay there myself my next visit to Rome.
Christopher was absolutely amazing. He made the trip. He met every need and request that I had with an honest smile.
The staff was so kind and friendly. The location was perfectly central to many sites and the Metro. It felt as though I was living in Rome, not visiting. The rooms are modest but comfortable and very quiet through the night.
